THINK before you Post
T.H.I.N.K. is an initiative launched by the IT department of SBA to raise awareness about the long-term consequences of the students' actions on the internet. We want students to understand that social media activity is public for the world to see, and it will permanently affect your life.
We encourage them to T.H.I.N.K. before they post and ask themselves:
T - is it True? Does it spread false information that could potentially be destructive?
H - is it Helpful? Does it encourage others and contribute something positive?
I - is it Inspiring? Does it urge people to positive action or think differently?
N - is it Necessary? Does it need to be said?
K - is it Kind? Does it respect others and reflect a Christ-like attitude?

whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. –Philippians 4:8 (NIV)
Why is this Important?
Not practicing discernment as one uses the internet can have disastrous results, including the loss of jobs, scholarships, and opportunities. Most job interviewers review an applicants social media as part of the interview process. Vulgarity, irresponsibility, and indiscretion are all undesirable employee traits that can be clearly seen in one's social media history if it is carelessly displayed.
The Internet has drastically changed the way that children interact with the world. They have access to in-depth knowledge, tools to express their creativity, and people from all over the world. Yet along with offering a fascinating, new way to connect with the world, the Internet also offers new risks
